摘　　要：重睑成形术是整形外科实施较多的手术之一,随着整形外科学的不断发展,各种术式层出不穷。该文对切开法重睑术的演变发展从手术原理和手术技巧两个方面进行了综述。手术原理可分为3种,即利用与睑板或睑板前筋膜形成粘连、直接利用上睑提肌腱膜动力以及间接利用上睑提肌腱膜动力。手术技巧包括切口的设计及组织的处理。Blepharoplasty is one of the most commonly performed in plastic surgery.With the continuous development of plastic surgery,a variety of surgical method emerge one after another.In this paper,the evolution and development of open double eyelid surgery are reviewed from two aspects:surgical principle and surgical technique.The surgical principles can be divided into three types:the formation of adhesion with the tarsal plate or anterior tarsal fascia;the direct and indirect utilization of the upper eyelid levator aponeurosis.Surgical techniques include the design of the incision and the process of the soft tissue.
