摘 要:鉴于目前机外照明用大功率LED光源的散热主要以翅片式被动散热为主,而该方式主要依靠对散热器翅片结构的改进来提高其散热性能,在材料和体积一定的情况下,其提升空间有限。因此,本文采用含有导热系数和比表面积较大的石墨烯涂料代替普通油漆,通过FloEFD仿真和实验测试分析,可以有效提高光源壳体的散热性能,为大功率LED照明设备减小光衰,延长使用寿命提供新的参考方法。In view of the current heat dissipation of high-power LED light sources for external lighting is mainly finned passive heat dissipation,and this method mainly relies on the improvement of the fin structure of the radiator to improve its heat dissipation performance,in the case of a certain material and volume However,the room for improvement is limited.Therefore,in this paper,graphene coatings with large thermal conductivity and specific surface area are used to replace ordinary paints.Through FloEFD simulation and experimental test analysis,it is concluded that the heat dissipation performance of the light source shell can be effectively improved,and the light decay of high-power LED lighting equipment can be reduced.It provides a new reference method for extending the service life of LED lamp.
