摘  要:高等职业教育的教学活动既有高等教育的专业教育特点,又有社会需求驱动下满足一线技术岗位需要的极强务实性及实践性的特点,这些特点决定了高等职业教育不仅要重视专业教学,还要将专业引导教育纳入教学全过程。由此,“阶段教育策略”及“专业慢教育”进入了高等职业教育者的视线。文章对专业慢教育及专业快教育进行特点与必要性的分析,并以CAD/CAM课程为例,对“专业慢教育”的应用进行探析,以期让高职教育回归理性与务实,提升高等职业教育的质量及效率。The teaching activities of higher vocational education not only have the characteristics of professional education of higher education,but also have the characteristics of strong pragmatism and practicality to meet the needs of front-line technical posts driven by social needs.These characteristics determine that higher vocational education should not only pay attention to professional teaching,but also bring professional guidance education into the whole teaching process.Thus,"stage education strategy"and"professional slow education"have entered the sight of higher vocational educators.This paper analyzes the characteristics and necessity of professional slow education and professional fast education,and takes CAD/CAM course as an example to explore the application of"professional slow education",in order to make higher vocational education return to rationality and pragmatism,and improve the quality and efficiency of higher vocational education.
