摘　　要：目的探讨溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者后血管再闭塞发生的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2019年2月诸城市人民医院收治的112例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,依据溶栓治疗后发生血管再闭塞情况分为再闭塞组(26例)与稳定再通组(86例)。单因素、多因素Logistic回归分析急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗后发生血管再闭塞的相关因素。结果再闭塞组NIHSS≥13分比例高于稳定再通组(P<0.05),发作至溶栓时间长于稳定再通组(P<0.05),血糖水平高于稳定再通组(P<0.05),有糖尿病史比例高于稳定再通组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗后发生血管再闭塞的相关因素包括NIHSS评分≥13分、发作至溶栓时间、血糖、糖尿病史(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者溶栓治疗后发生血管再闭塞的相关因素包括NIHSS评分≥13分、发作至溶栓时间、血糖、糖尿病史。Objective To analyze the related factors of vascular re-occlusion after thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Zhucheng People’s Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were retrospectively selected.According to the situation of vascular re-occlusion after thrombolytic treatment,they were divided into re-occlusion group(26 cases)and stable recanalization group(86 cases).The related factors of vascular re-occlusion after thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression.Results The proportion of NIHSS≥13 in reocclusion group was higher than that in stable recanalization group(P<0.05),the time from onset to thrombolysis was longer than that in stable recanalization group(P<0.05),the blood glucose level was higher than that in stable recanalization group(P<0.05),and the proportion of diabetes history was higher than that in stable recanalization group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the related factors of vascular reocclusion after thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction included NIHSS score≥13,time from onset to thrombolytic therapy,blood glucose and diabetes history(P<0.05).Conclusions The related factors of vascular reocclusion in patients with acute cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy included NIHSS score≥13,time from onset to thrombolytic therapy,blood glucose,and diabetes history.
