摘 要:目的研究MOOC教学法提高骨科住培医师初期工作能力的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月-2021年1月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科进行住院医师规范化培训的66名住院医生,按照随机信封分组法将住培医师分为试验组和对照组,各33名。对照组采用常规教学方法,试验组实施MOOC教学方法。对比两组住培医师教学一年后的出科理论与操作考试成绩、初期工作能力和教学满意度。结果试验组住培医师教学后的出科理论成绩(48.32±1.17)分与操作考试成绩(47.95±1.44)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住培医师教学后的言语沟通能力(47.71±1.55)分、随机应变能力(47.96±1.43)分和解决问题能力(48.05±1.12)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住培医师教学后的教学满意度97.97%高于对照组78.79%,,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MOOC教学法能够提升骨科住培医师的出科成绩,增强其初期工作能力,提高教学满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the application value of MOOC teaching method in improving the initial working ability of orthopedists.Methods A total of 66 residents who received standardized resident training in the department of orthopedics,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group(33 in each one)according to the random envelope grouping method.The routine teaching method was adopted in the control group while the MOOC teaching method was adopted in the experimental group.The scores of the exit theory and operation examination,the initial working ability and teaching satisfaction after one year of teaching were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the experimental group's theoretical scores and operational test scores were(48.32±1.17)points and(47.95±1.44)points respectively higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of speech communication ability(47.71±1.55)points,random strain ability(47.96±1.43)points and problem-solving ability(48.05±1.12)points of the resident physicians in the experimental group after teaching were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of 97.97%of the residents in the experimental group after teaching was higher than 78.79%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MOOC teaching method can improve the orthopedics inpatient doctor's department performance,enhance their initial work ability,improve teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
