摘 要:目的观察参与式教学在手术室护理带教中的应用效果,明确其临床使用价值。方法选取2019年6月-2020年6月手术室接收的护生76名作为研究对象,按照盲选法将其分为2组,每组有38名。运用传统护理带教的护生,作为对照组;在对照组的基础上,运用参与式教学法进行护理带教的护生,作为观察组。从两组护生的理论成绩和操作成绩上来评估其教学质量,就其对教学满意度进行评估。结果观察组护生的理论成绩与操作成绩相较于对照组分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的教学满意度明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理带教中,加入参与式教学法,能够提高护生对教学满意度,使之学习更为主动和积极,保证理论和实践成绩的优化,值得临床选用。Objective To observe the application effect of participatory teaching in operating room nursing teaching,and clarify its clinical use value.Methods 76 nursing students who received from the operating room from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into 2 groups according to blind selection method,with 38 students in each group.The nursing students with traditional nursing teaching were used as the control group.Based on the control group,the nursing students with the participation teaching method were used as the observation group.The teaching quality of two groups of nursing students was evaluated from their theoretical and operational scores,and it evaluates the teaching satisfaction.Results The scores of theory and operation of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operating room nursing teaching,the participation teaching method can improve the teaching satisfaction of nursing students,make them more active and active in learning,and ensure the optimization of theoretical and practical results,which is worthy of clinical selection.
