在转型期医科院校直属附属医院病案管理人才队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：病案质量管理是医院工作中的重要组成部分,病案管理人员,作为病案质量管理工作的主要实施者,紧张的数据统计及科研教学工作、医院功能变化、经验的不足和复杂的临床工作环境等都使病案管理人员面对着巨大的挑战。该文介绍了基层医院转型为医科院校直属附属医院病案管理人员现状及挑战,应具备的素质,并结合该院在病案管理人才队伍建设进行了系统的探讨和实践探索,优化病案人员工作职责、以教学为契机提升自我、开展线上线下继教培训、加强多科联动沟通等措施可有效优化医科院校直属附属医院病案管理人才队伍。Medical record quality management is an important part of hospital work.As the main implementer of medical record quality management,medical record managers are facing great challenges due to intense data statistics,scientific research and teaching,changes in hospital functions,lack of experience and complex clinical working environment.This paper introduces the current situation and challenges of medical record management personnel in affiliated hospitals directly under medical colleges,and the qualities they should have.Combined with the construction of medical record management talent team in the hospital,this paper makes a systematic discussion and practical exploration,improves their work responsibilities,takes teaching as an opportunity to improve themselves,and develops online and offline continuing education and training Multi department linkage communication and other measures can effectively optimize the medical record management talent team of affiliated hospitals directly under medical colleges and universities.
