摘　　要：目的 探讨钙磷蛋白与乳腺癌发生发展的关联性及与免疫细胞的相关程度对预测乳腺癌预后的价值。方法 通过UALCAN、LinkedOmics、Kaplan-Meier Plotter、TIMER等数据库分析了钙磷蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况,与乳腺癌患者生存情况及免疫细胞浸润程度的关系。结果 钙磷蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平显著高于癌旁正常组织,且与乳腺癌患者的不良预后相关。亚组分析发现钙磷蛋白的表达水平受到肿瘤分级、人种、年龄、月经状态、分子分型、病理类型等因素的影响。在激素受体阳性患者中钙磷蛋白与免疫细胞,尤其是与T细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞的浸润程度呈负相关。结论 钙磷蛋白在乳腺癌组织中高表达且具有一定的诊断价值,并且其可能通过调节肿瘤相关免疫细胞的功能导致乳腺癌患者尤其是激素受体阳性患者的耐药而产生不良预后,具有潜在的预测预后功能。Objective To investigate the correlation between calcyphosine and the progression of breast cancer as well tumor associated immune cells.Methods The expression of calcyphosine in breast cancer was analyzed using UALCAN,LinkedOmics,Kaplan-Meier Plotter,TIMER and other databases,along with its function in the survival of breast cancer patients and the degree of immune cell infiltration.Results The expression level of calcyphosine in breast cancer was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissue and normal tissues,which was associated with poor prognosis of breast cancer patients.Subgroup analysis showed that the expression level of calcyphosine was affected by tumor grade,race,age,menstrual status,molecular type,pathological type.Also,calcyphosine was negatively correlated with the infiltration degree of immune cells,especially T cells,macrophages,and neutrophils in the patients with positive hormone receptor.Conclusions Calcyphosine has certain diagnostic value in breast cancer,which leads to poor prognosis of breast cancer patients,especially in hormone receptor positive patients,by regulating the infiltration of tumor-associated immune cells.
