摘 要:自美国卡普兰(Robert S.Kaplan)和诺顿(David P.Norton)1992年提出平衡计分卡以来,美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本和中国等国家的企业及非营利机构,多年来对BSC不断迭代,运用范围和深度越来越丰富。TY电网企业对绩效管理体系不断优化,对于一线班组人员的考核,也在实行工作积分制的基础上进行新的探索,TY电网企业在供电所考核工作中引进BSC就是探索方式之一。Since the United States Robert S.Kaplan and David P.Norton proposed the Balanced Score Card in 1992, companies and non-profit organizations in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, China and other countries have been iterating on BSC for many years, and the scope and depth of application have become more and more abundant. TY Power Grid Corporation has continuously optimized the performance management system in different levels and to different directions. For the assessment of front-line team members, it has also made new exploration based on the implementation of the working-point system. One of the exploration methods is the introduction of BSC in the assessment of power supply stations by TY Power Grid Corporation.
