摘 要:随着海洋油气资源勘探开发的快速发展,为了最大限度采出油田剩余油,近年来越来越多的曾经不具备继续开发价值的已经弃置的油田被二次开发。而油田在二次开发的钻井作业过程中新井眼轨迹和老井眼轨迹不可避免面临着不同程度的防碰问题,分离系数、井眼中心距、椭圆距等均较小,甚至不满足标准要求。为了解决这一问题,必须要寻找一种可以有效规避井眼碰撞问题的技术手段,以保证油田能够再次焕发生机,这也是当前钻完井行业一直以来在追求和竭力解决的问题。文章以南海东部某油田二次开发为例,介绍海上油田丛式井的分类和防碰设计,重点介绍水平段“主动找标志层”综合防碰控制技术,为海上油田二次开发面临的防碰问题提供一种新的解决思路和方法。With the rapid development of offshore oil and gas exploration,more and more abandoned oil fields that had no value for further development have been redeveloped in order to maximize the recovery of remaining oil in recent years.However,in the drilling process of secondary development,new and old well paths are inevitably confronted with collision prevention problems of different degrees,which is featured that the separation coefficient,well center distance and elliptic distance do not meet the standard requirements.In order to solve this problem,the drilling and completion industry has been trying to find a way to effectively avoid the problem of wellbore collision so that the field can come back to life.This paper takes the secondary development of one oilfield in the Eastern South Sea as an example,and briefly introduces the classification and anti-collision design of cluster wells.The drilling process focuses on the comprehensive anti-collision control technology of“actively finding marker layer”in horizontal section,which provides a new solution to the anti-collision problems faced by the secondary development of offshore oil fields.
