摘　　要：动物实验是医学教育中的重要环节,也是医学生基本技能培训的重要途径。动物实验的存在必然涉及实验动物伦理问题,如何有效贯彻实验动物福利是目前医学动物实验教学中需要解决的问题之一。文章结合我国实验动物管理政策的发展来探讨在教学过程中贯彻实验动物福利的方法。Animal experimentation is a vital link in medical education and an important way for medical students to develop basic skills. The ethical issues related to animal experiments are inevitable, and the welfare of experimental animal is one major concern in the experimental teaching. Based on the development of experimental animal management policy in China, the authors explored various ways of safeguarding laboratory animal welfare in the teaching process.
