摘　　要：毕业设计是大学教育过程中重要的实践教学环节。通过带教与分枝杆菌感染免疫相关的微生物学毕业设计,针对如何充分发挥学生主动性,从课题设计、实践操作、论文写作等多方面进行了心得探讨,以期提高学生的科研创新能力,激发科研兴趣,培养创新型科研人才。Graduation project is an important part of practical teaching in higher education, and the authors have reflected on the supervision of graduation projects of microbiology, which are based on experiments related to mycobacterial infection and immunity. The authors have explored new methods in the aspects of project design, practical operation, and thesis writing, etc. to motivate the undergraduates and improve their scientific research ability, so that they can become innovative research-oriented talents.
