摘　　要：在现代高校教育体系中,大学生志愿服务体系建设占据着十分重要的地位。随着现代高等教育的发展,在实践育人背景下,强化高校大学生志愿服务体系标准化建设,对于提升综合工作效能具有重要意义。作为高校管理者和教育工作者,要着眼于实践育人背景,强化高校大学生志愿服务体系标准化建设,适应当前高校教育发展趋势。In the modern college and university education system, the construction of college and university students’ voluntary service system occupies a very important position. With the development of modern higher education, under the background of practical education, strengthening the standardization construction of college and university students’ voluntary service system is of great significance to improving the efficiency of comprehensive work. As college and university administrators and educators, we should focus on the background of practical education, strengthen the standardization of college and university students’ voluntary service system, and adapt to the current development trend of college and university education.
