基于多项有序Logistic回归的商业银行企业并购的影响因素分析

摘　　要：商业银行作为中介机构,不仅可以满足企业的并购融资需求,并且可以从降低企业的并购成本、提高并购成功率的角度出发,为并购企业提供专业的并购方案.从商业银行角度出发,基于多项有序Logistic回归研究商业银行企业并购业务的影响因素.结果显示,宏观经济、金融市场、政策因素以及商业银行自身发展状况均会对商业银行并购业务产生影响.商业银行应在相关政策指导下,完善自身建设,为企业提供全方位并购整合业务,推进商业银行转型发展.In the process of merger and acquisition,commercial banks as intermediaries,can not only meet the financing needs of enterprises,but also provide a professional M&A scheme for enterprises.Which can reduce the cost of mergers and acquisitions and improve the success rate of M&A activities.Based on multiple ordered Logistic regression,this paper studies the influence factors of internal and external environment on M&A business of commercial banks.The results show that the macroeconomic,financial market,policy factors and the development of commercial banks will have an impact on the business of commercial banks’ M&A business.Therefore,under the guidance of relevant policies,commercial banks should improve their own construction,consolidate the traditional advantages of M&A financing,provide a full range of M&A scheme for enterprises.And thus enhance the competitiveness and promote the transformation and development of commercial banks.
