摘　　要：在界定学科和交叉学科概念的基础上,指出交叉学科建设包含营造学科交叉氛围、开展交叉学科研究、建设新兴交叉学科等多层含义。从“双一流”建设工程推进、高校内部实践探索、高校外部政策环境等层面分析了我国交叉学科建设面临的实施困境,由此提出强化政策引导,在“双一流”建设中突出交叉学科建设;加强实践探索,推动高校交叉学科建设组织与制度创新;完善政策体系,为高校学科交叉建设提供有力制度保障等对策建议。On the basis of defining the concepts of discipline and interdisciplinary, it is pointed out that the content of interdisciplinary construction includes creating interdisciplinary atmosphere, promoting interdisciplinary research and establishing interdisciplinary construction. It analyzes the difficulties of interdisciplinary construction from the aspects of the promotion of the“Double First-Class”construction, the practical exploration of universities and the policy environment, and puts forward some promotion strategies, including strengthening policy guidance and highlighting the interdisciplinary construction in the“Double First-Class”construction, strengthening practical exploration and promoting the organizational and institutional innovation of interdisciplinary construction in the universities, improving the policy system and providing strong institutional guarantee for the interdisciplinary construction of the universities.
