早期家庭护理在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察早期家庭护理在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取76例阿尔茨海默病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期家庭护理,比较两组认知功能[简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)]评分、生活能力[Barthel指数评定量表(BI)]评分、生命质量[阿尔茨海默病生命质量测评量表(QOL-AD)]评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组MMSE、BI、QOL-AD评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用早期家庭护理可提高阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能评分、日常生活能力评分、生命质量评分和护理满意度,优于单纯常规护理效果。Objective:To observe application effects of early home nursing in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:76 Alzheimer’s disease patients were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received early home nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE)],the score of ability of daily life[Barthel Index(BI)],the quality of life[quality of life-Alzheimer’s disease scale(QOL-AD)]score and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the MMSE,BI and QOL-AD scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The early home nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the cognitive function scores,the ability of daily life scores,the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction in the Alzheimer’s disease patients.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
