摘  要:针对输电线舞动危害电力系统安全、稳定运行的问题,提出一种基于间隔棒跟踪的输电线舞动检测方法;利用纹理、灰度分布等特征分割出天空区域,结合穿线法和旋转投影实现输电线的精确定位;采用滑动窗口遍历输电线,并根据窗口内投影曲线的Laws纹理能量值检测间隔棒;通过跟踪摄像头获取的输电线视频信息中的间隔棒并生成其运动轨迹,计算输电线舞动幅值和频率,进而判断输电线舞动。结果表明,该方法在八分裂间隔棒的输电线上的检测准确率、误报率、漏报率分别为96.9%、3.12%和3.03%,能够有效地检测输电线的舞动。Aiming at the problem of transmission line galloping endangering safe and stable operation of electric power system,a detection method for transmission line galloping based on spacer tracking was proposed.Texture,gray distribution,and other features were used to achieve segmentation of the sky area,threading method and rotating projection were then combined to realize exact positioning of transmission lines.A sliding window was used to traverse the transmission lines and detect the spacers according to Laws texture energy values of projection curves in the window.By tracking the spacers in the video information of the transmission lines obtained by the video camera head and generating its motion track,amplitude and frequency of the transmission line galloping were calculated and the transmission line galloping was judged.The results show that the proposed method achieves 96.9%detection accuracy,3.12%false alarm rate and 3.03%false alarm rate on the transmission line with eight-split spacer,which can efficiently detect the galloping of transmission line.
