摘　　要：针对碳化硅泡沫陶瓷材料具有大比表面积、高气孔率、耐高温、抗化学腐蚀、热稳定性好、低密度等优良特性,对碳化硅泡沫陶瓷的制备工艺及其应用进行综述,包括添加造孔剂法、发泡法、有机泡沫浸渍法、溶胶-凝胶法、液(气)相渗硅法、凝胶注模法、反应烧结法等制备方法;根据碳化硅泡沫陶瓷多孔特点,介绍碳化硅泡沫陶瓷在过滤器、催化剂载体、泡沫阀塔盘、生物学等领域的应用研究和成果,指出碳化硅泡沫陶瓷作为一种重要的多孔材料,未来的研究重点是开发碳化硅泡沫陶瓷的最佳合成工艺以及碳化硅泡沫陶瓷在不同领域的应用。In view of excellent properties of silicon carbide foam ceramic materials,such as large specific surface area,high porosity,good temperature resistance,chemical corrosion resistance,good thermal stability,and low density,preparation technology and application of silicon carbide foamed ceramics were reviewed,including pore forming agent additive method,foaming method,organic foam impregnation method,sol-gel method,liquid or gas phase siliconizing method,gel casting method,reaction sintering method,and so on.According to porous characteristics of silicon carbide foam ceramics,application and achievement of silicon carbide foam ceramics in fields of filter,catalyst support,foamed valve tray,and biology were introduced.As one of the most important porous materials,the future research emphasis for silicon carbide foam ceramics was pointed to be the best synthesis process of developing silicon carbide foam ceramics and application of silicon carbide foam ceramics in different fields.
