摘　　要：医院建立一个良好的动物实验平台,需配套建立一套完善的动物实验管理体系。其中,文件管理是一个关键环节。笔者从中国合格评定国家认可委员会(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment,CNAS)实验室认可与检测机构认可评审员的角度出发,讨论动物实验室文件管理中常见问题,并探讨完善策略,为相关从业人员的管理水平提升提供参考。Hospital established a good animal experiment platform and a complete set of animal experiment management systems.In good operation,document management is a key element.This paper aimed to improve the management of animal laboratory documents from the perspective of the laboratory accreditation and testing institution accreditation auditor of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment(CNAS),and provides a reference for the improvement of the management level of relevant practitioners.
