摘 要:目的探讨妇产科临床教学活动采用医学模拟方法的应用效果与价值。方法随机抽选取2020年1—12月于该院接受临床培训的86名妇产科实习生作为研究对象,根据红白小球抽签结果划分观察组(红球,43名)与对照组(白球,43名)。对照组采取常规模式开展临床教学,观察组采用医学模拟模式开展教学,考核两组实习学生理论知识、实践操作掌握情况,对比两组学生教学前后病历书写、器械操作、案例分析能力变化。调查两组实习学生对该次教学活动的满意度情况。结果观察组实习生理论知识、实践操作成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病历书写能力评分、器械操作能力评分、案例分析能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生表示对该次教学活动总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科临床教学活动融入医学模拟模式,能够帮助学生更熟练、准确掌握相关理论知识,提高学生实践能力,同时调动学生学习积极性,提高满意度。Objective To explore the application effect and value of medical simulation method in clinical teaching activities of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 86 intern students in obstetrics and gynecology who received clinical training in the hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the results of the red and white ball drawing,the observation group(red ball,43 students)and the control group(white ball,43 students)were divided.The control group adopted the conventional mode to carry out clinical teaching,and the observation group adopted the medical simulation model to carry out teaching.Assess the theoretical knowledge and practical operation mastery of the two groups of internship students.The changes in medical record writing,equipment operation,and case analysis abilities of the two groups of students before and after teaching were compared.The satisfaction of the two groups of interns on the teaching activities was investigated.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medical record writing ability,instrument operation ability and case analysis ability of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The interns in the observation group expressed that the overall satisfaction rate of the teaching activities was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical teaching activities of obstetrics and gynecology can be integrated into the medical simulation mode,which can help students to master relevant theoretical knowledge more proficiently and accurately,and improve their practical ability.At the same time mobilize students'enthusiasm for learning,improve satisfaction.
