摘　　要：GAGE基因家族是一类与X性染色体连锁的基因,也是癌-睾丸抗原家族的重要成员之一,其在多种肿瘤(肝癌、肺癌等)组织中高表达,与不同组织来源的恶性肿瘤均有密切关系。目前已知GAGE的表达可能与某些信号通路、免疫分子等密切相关,为恶性肿瘤的免疫治疗提供了新方向。此外,GAGE的抗凋亡机制对肿瘤的增殖、转移、侵袭有很大影响,并对GAGE作用机制的研究有重要意义,未来有望成为具有潜力的恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、判断预后的分子指标。GAGE gene is a kind of gene linked to X chromosome and one of the important members of cancer-testis antigen family.It is highly expressed in a variety of tumors(liver cancer,lung cancer,etc.)and is closely related to malignant tumors from different tissue sources.At present,it is known that the expression of GAGE may be closely related to some signal pathways and immune molecules,which provides a new direction for immunotherapy of malignant tumors.In addition,the anti-apoptotic mechanism of GAGE has a great impact on tumor proliferation,migration and invasion,and is of great significance to the study of the mechanism of GAGE.It is expected to become a potential molecular indicator for early diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumors in the future.
