摘  要:目的通过合成锶掺杂纳米生物活性玻璃(SrNBG)并将其加入复合树脂进行改性,研究SrNBG改性复合树脂的机械性能。方法采用溶胶-凝胶十二胺法合成纳米生物活性玻璃(NBG)及3种不同锶掺杂比的SrNBG,通过体外羟基磷灰石(HA)活性测试得到最为合适的锶掺杂比,再将其分别以质量占比5%、10%、15%替换复合树脂中的无机填料,制成3种改性复合树脂,分别为实验组1、实验组2和实验组3,以未采用SrNBG替换的复合树脂作为对照组,利用电子万能实验机进行机械性能测定。结果溶胶-凝胶十二胺法合成的SrNBG呈现出较为规则且直径约200 nm的球形颗粒,分散性较好。当SrNBG中锶掺杂比为5 mol%和10 mol%时,复合树脂均呈现出良好的生物活性。SrNBG改性复合树脂实验组中,SrNBG替换质量占比为5%和10%的机械性能与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);当SrNBG替换质量占比为15%时,径向拉伸强度(DTS)和挠曲强度(FS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用溶胶-凝胶十二胺法合成的SrNBG粒径大小较均匀,分散性良好且生物活性优异。SrNBG替换质量占比为10%对改性复合树脂的机械性能无影响。Objective To study the mechanical properties of strontium-doped nano-bioactive glass(SrNBG)modified composite resin by synthesizing SrNBG and adding it to composite resin for modification.Methods Nano-bioactive glass(NBG)and SrNBG with three different strontium doping ratios were synthesized by sol-gel doylamine method.The most appropriate strontium doping ratios were obtained by hydroxyapatite(HA)activity test in vitro.Then,the inorganic fillers in composite resin were replaced by 5%,10%and 15%of mass ratio respectively,and three modified composite resin were obtained,and were selected as experimental group 1,experimental group 2 and experimental group 3.Composite resin without SrNBG replacement was used as control group.The mechanical properties of composite resin were measured by electronic universal testing machine.Results SrNBG synthesized by sol-gel dodecamine method had regular spherical particles with a diameter of about 200 nm and good dispersion.When the SrNBG doping ratios were 5 mol%and 10 mol%,both SrNBG showed good biological activity.In the three experimental groups of SrNBG modified composite resin,when the replacement mass ratios of SrNBG were 5%and 10%,there were no statistical differences in the three mechanical properties compared with the control group(P>0.05).When the replacement mass ratio of SrNBG was 15%,diametral tensile strength(DTS)and flexural strength(FS)were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SrNBG synthesized by sol-gel dodecylamine method has uniform particle size,good dispersity and excellent biological activity.When the replacement mass ratio of SrNBG is 10%,the mechanical properties of the modified composite resin are not affected.
