摘  要:在新工科背景下,为了培养出具有深厚的专业背景、突出的实践能力、超前的创新思维的制药工程专业人才,构建了“1234”型制药工程人才培养模式。该模式以“应用型”人才培养为导向;以提升“双创”能力和实践能力为目标;在教学中融入“新工科”理念、融入科技服务职能、融入企业岗位需求;推动建设药品研发平台、实习实训平台、行业协会平台、双创平台,逐步锻炼和提高学生的竞争力。实践证明,该人才培养模式实施后,制药工程专业学生理论学习主动性增强,生产实践能力得到锻炼,就业竞争力获得显著提升。In the context of the new engineering discipline,the“1234”pharmaceutical engineering personnel training model has been established in order to cultivate pharmaceutical engineering professionals with profound professional background,outstanding practical ability and advanced innovative thinking.This model is oriented to the cultivation of“application-oriented”talents;it aims to enhance the ability of“dual creation”and practical ability.It integrates the concept of“new engineering”,the function of science and technology services and the needs of enterprises in teaching,and promotes the construction of pharmaceutical engineering talents.It also promotes the construction of drug research and development platforms,internship training platforms,industry association platforms and dual-innovation platforms,so as to gradually train and improve the competitiveness of students.It has been proved that after the implementation of this talent training mode,the initiative of theoretical learning of pharmaceutical engineering students has been enhanced,the practical ability of production has been exercised,and the competitiveness of employment has been significantly improved.
