摘 要:目的探讨银杏叶提取物Egb761对PM2.5致大鼠急性肺损伤的作用。方法采用气管滴注PM2.5建立急性肺损伤模型,通过动物生长状况、W/D、肺系数、肺组织病理学变化和肺功能指标观察Egb761对PM2.5暴露所致急性肺损伤的影响。结果Egb761可拮抗PM2.5造成的生长抑制,减轻肺水肿和肺组织的炎症反应,改善肺脏通气功能,提高肺顺应性。结论银杏叶提取物Egb761能有效缓解PM2.5暴露所致的急性肺损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract Egb761 on PM2.5-induced acute lung injury in rats.Methods Cute lung injury model was established by intratracheal instillation of PM2.5.The effects of Ginkgo biloba extract Egb761 on PM2.5 exposure-induced acute lung injury were observed by animal growth status,W/D,pulmonary index,lung histopathological changes and pulmonary function indexes.Results Egb761 could antagonize the growth inhibition caused by PM2.5,alleviate pulmonary edema and inflammatory response of lung tissue,improve pulmonary ventilation function and lung compliance.Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract Egb761 can effectively relieve acute lung injury caused by PM2.5 exposure.
