雷替曲塞结合奥沙利铂治疗晚期大肠癌的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析奥沙利铂联合雷替曲塞治疗晚期大肠癌的效果。方法40例晚期大肠癌患者,通过奇偶数抽签法分为观察组与对照组,每组20例。两组患者均采用奥沙利铂治疗,在此基础上,对照组联合氟尿嘧啶治疗,观察组联合雷替曲塞治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为15.00%,明显低于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CA199、CA125、CEA水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用奥沙利铂联合雷替曲塞治疗晚期大肠癌能有效提升患者的治疗效果,改善肿瘤标志物水平,值得推荐。Objective To analyze the effect of raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 40 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were divided into observation group and control group by the odd-even lottery method,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with oxaliplatin,on this basis,the control group was combined with fluorouracil,and the observation group was combined with raltitrexed.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions and tumor marker levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 60.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00%,which was significantly lower than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CA199,CA125 and CEA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the observation group was lower than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with raltitrexed in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can improve the therapeutic rate and the level of tumor markers,which is worthy of recommendation.
