利培酮联合丁螺环酮对首发精神分裂症患者的效果及对其社会功能和认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨利培酮联合丁螺环酮对首发精神分裂症患者的效果及对其社会功能和认知功能的影响。方法100例首发精神分裂症患者,按照随机分配原则将所有患者分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。所有患者给予利培酮片治疗,研究组加服盐酸丁螺环酮片。比较两组患者治疗前后阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、认知功能成套测验量表(MCCB)评分、个人与社会功能量表(PSP)评分。结果治疗后,研究组患者阴性、阳性、一般精神症状评分以及总分分别为(14.3±3.2)、(15.8±3.3)、(24.6±6.2)、(54.7±4.3)分,均低于对照组的(18.6±3.6)、(21.1±4.5)、(33.9±5.7)、(73.6±7.3)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者MCCB评分均高于治疗前,且研究组患者MCCB评分(88.4±4.2)分高于对照组的(72.6±4.8)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者PSP评分均高于治疗前,且研究组患者PSP评分(78.6±6.9)分高于对照组的(54.4±5.2)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利培酮联合丁螺环酮能够有效改善首发精神分裂症患者的认知功能与社会功能,同时减轻病症。Objective To discuss the effect of risperidone combined with buspirone on patients with firstepisode schizophrenia and its influence on social function and cognitive function of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.All patients were treated with risperidone tablets,and the research group was additionally treated with buspirone hydrochloride tablets.The positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)score,MATRICS consensus cognitive battery(MCCB)score and personal and social performance scale(PSP)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the negative symptom,positive symptom,general mental symptom scores and total scores of the research group were(14.3±3.2),(15.8±3.3),(24.6±6.2),and(54.7±4.3)points,which were lower than(18.6±3.6),(21.1±4.5),(33.9±5.7),and(73.6±7.3)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MCCB scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the MCCB score(88.4±4.2)points of the research group were higher than(72.6±4.8)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSP scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the PSP score(78.6±6.9)points of the research group were higher than(54.4±5.2)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with buspirone can effectively improve the cognitive and social function of patients with first-episode schizophrenia,and reduce the symptoms at the same time.
