高血压脑出血偏瘫患者应用早期肢体康复训练的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早期肢体康复训练在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者治疗中的效果。方法96例高血压脑出血偏瘫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对照组行常规药物治疗,观察组进行早期肢体康复训练治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后的生活质量改善情况、肢体恢复水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.8%,高于对照组的68.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组睡眠、体力、精神、食欲评分分别为(8.47±1.28)、(8.54±0.91)、(8.58±0.36)分、(8.20±1.08)分均高于对照组的(6.61±1.05)、(6.33±1.14)、(6.31±0.94)、食欲(6.58±1.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活能力、神经功能、运动功能、平衡功能、四肢感觉功能、关节活动度评分分别为(40.45±9.16)、(15.67±2.46)、(76.83±0.47)、(10.88±0.81)、(17.51±0.65)、(65.75±0.66)分均高于对照组的(25.71±6.33)、(9.45±1.74)、(63.65±0.88)、(8.57±0.68)、(13.42±0.58)、(53.74±0.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压性脑出血偏瘫患者,运用早期肢体康复训练进行治疗,能够有效提高治疗效果,提升患者生活质量和日常生活能力,值得临床推荐应用。Objective To discuss the effect of early limb rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia caused by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 96 cases of hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was treated with early limb rehabilitation training.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,the improvement of quality of life before and after treatment,and limb recovery level.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.8%,which was higher than 68.8%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep,physical strength,spirit and appetite in the observation group were(8.47±1.28),(8.54±0.91),(8.58±0.36)and(8.20±1.08)points,which were higher than(6.61±1.05),(6.33±1.14),(6.31±0.94)and(6.58±1.32)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the living ability score was(40.45±9.16)points,the neurological function score was(15.67±2.46)points,the motor function score was(76.83±0.47)points,the balance function score was(10.88±0.81)points,the limb sensory function score was(17.51±0.65)points,and the joint range of motion was(65.75±0.66)points,which were higher than(25.71±6.33),(9.45±1.74),(63.65±0.88),(8.57±0.68),(13.42±0.58)and(53.74±0.55)points in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hemiplegia caused by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the use of early limb rehabilitation training can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve the quality of life and activities of daily living of patients,which is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
