高校毕业生专业认同感及就业状况分析——以生物工程专业为例

摘　　要：为了更好地掌握高校毕业生就业形势,缓解就业压力,基于文献研究,以生物工程专业为例,分析了高校毕业生对该专业的认同感:由于没有形成良好的专业导论,部分高校学生认为该专业很冷门,不能很好地引导学生对其有一个更深层次的认识,学生入学时对该专业的认识较为浅显,认同感较低,不重视专业学习,但该专业在应对疫情工作中贡献较大,包括研究疫苗、核酸检验等,高校毕业生也由此对生物工程专业产生了热情。总结了生物工程专业的就业状况,主要有进入制药、医疗设备等生物类企业工作,选择继续深造,读研或读博,此研究为促进生物工程专业毕业生顺利就业提供借鉴。In order to better grasp the employment situation of college graduates,and relieve employment pressure,the study analyzes the identity sense of the major of college graduates based on literature research through taking biological engineering major.Because professional introduction is not well formed,some college students think that the major is not popular,and they not be guided to have deeper hierarchical cognition.While admission,students have less cognition on the major,and do not pay attention to the study of the major.Their identity sense is low.Biological engineering major has greater contribution for the epidemic prevention and control,including vaccine research and nucleic acid inspection,etc.College graduates has generated enthusiasm on biological engineering major.The study summarizes the employment situation of biological engineering major,including working in biological enterprises,such as pharmacy and medical equipment enterprises,selecting continuous study,and postgraduate study.The study provides reference for smooth employment of graduates of biological engineering major.
