摘　　要：目的:探讨甘草查尔酮B(LCB)对于人非小细胞肺癌A549细胞增殖、周期及凋亡的影响。方法:采用CCK-8法和平板克隆形成法检测LCB对A549细胞的增殖抑制作用;采用流式细胞技术检测对细胞周期、凋亡的影响;采用Western blotting法检测线粒体凋亡蛋白表达。结果:LCB可显著抑制A549细胞的增殖。LCB经处理后将A549细胞阻滞在G0/G1期(P<0.05),同时细胞凋亡率也明显增加(P<0.05)。Bax/Bcl-2比值及Caspase-3蛋白表达明显上升(P<0.05)。结论:LCB可通过阻滞细胞周期,诱导细胞凋亡,从而抑制非小细胞肺癌A549的增殖。Objective:To investigate the effects of licochalcone(LCB)on proliferation and apoptosis in human NSCLC cells.Methods:The inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis effects of LCB in A549 were determined by CCK-8 assay,colony forming assay,flow cytometry analysis and Western blotting.Results:The proliferation of A549 cells was significantly inhibited by LCB.After treated with LCB,the cell-cycle was arrested at G0/G1(P<0.05)and cell apoptosis rate was increased(P<0.05),Moreover,the Bax/Bcl-2 and the protein levels of Caspase 3 was upregulated.Conclusion:We found that LCB can inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in NSCLC A549 cells by cell cycle arrest.
