摘　　要：姚乃礼教授是中国中医科学院广安门医院主任医师,临床50余载,对于脾胃疾病的诊治,形成了独具特色的诊疗思路,姚教授认为幽门螺旋杆菌相关胃病属于本虚标实证,患者多在脾胃虚弱的基础上感染幽门螺旋杆菌,首发证型为湿热中阻证,后期可出现肝脾不和、瘀血阻络、阴虚内热等不同的病机演变。在治疗方面主张病证结合,中西合用。文章通过对姚乃礼教授辨治幽门螺旋杆菌相关胃病经验的总结,希望为临床工作者提供一定的参考。Professor Yao Naili is the chief physician in the Guang′anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.He has been engaged in clinical treatment for more than 50 years,and developed unique ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Professor Yao believes that Helicobacter pylori-related gastropathy belongs to the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.Patients with spleen and stomach deficiency are susceptible to H.pylori infection.The initial syndrome is dampness-heat obstruction in the middle,which subsequently develops to liver-spleen disharmony,stagnated blood blocking collaterals,yin deficiency and internal heat,etc.Professor Yao advocates the combination of disease and syndrome and the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment.The present study summarized the experience of Professor Yao in the treatment of H.pylori-related gastropathy and is expected to provide references for clinical research.
