摘　　要：目的:研究糖槭多糖体外抗氧化活性,为研究糖槭叶减抗、替抗饲料的综合性开发利用提供依据。方法:测定多糖对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用。结果:ASP-A-c、ASP-A-d和ASP-A-e对各自由基体系的清除能力均呈现良好的剂量依赖关系。结论:糖槭多糖具有良好的体外抗氧化活性。Objective:To study the in vitro antioxidant of acer saccharum polysaccharides,and to provide a basic for the integrate developing and use of acer saccharum leaves to study antibiotic reduction and antibiotics replacement feed.Methods:Determination of the scavenging effect of polysaccharides on DPPH free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals.Results:ASP-A-c,ASP-A-d and ASP-A-e showed good dose-dependent scavenging ability for each free radical system.Conclusion:acer saccharum polysaccharide has good in vitro antioxidant.
