摘　　要：目的:探究吉林省戒毒所内滥用新型合成毒品滥用者特征,为有效开展戒毒人员管理教育、戒毒医疗、制定相关政策等提供数据参考。方法:采用《药物滥用监测调查表》改编的《强制隔离戒毒场所吸食新型合成毒品情况调查表》匿名调查吉林省司法行政系统11个强制隔离戒毒所1年内收戒的新型合成毒品滥用者,并进行统计分析。结果:共收集有效报告2094例,结果显示以青壮年,男性、初中以下文化程度和无业者为主,获得途径更加隐蔽,吸毒者“复吸”状况较为严重,滥用药物方式以烟枪吸(溜冰)为主,女性吸食新型合成毒品者趋于年轻化,心理因素及社会环境因素是滥用新型合成毒品的主要原因。结论:通过调查研究和数据分析,初步掌握吉林省吸毒人员毒品成瘾基本情况和社会人口学因素的现状,为吉林省戒毒场所和社会相关部门管理教育、戒毒医疗及制定相关政策等工作提出前瞻性参考。应加强流动人口聚集的暂住地、租住房及城乡结合部在内的特殊场所、地区的检查和管理并积极开展戒毒场所医疗卫生专业化建设,完善戒毒场所医疗保障体系,开展多种形式思想教育活动和心理疏导,通过完善日常医疗护理、心理矫治及禁毒科研工作最大限度地降低因吸食毒品造成的社会安全隐患。Objective To explore the characteristics of new synthetic drug abusers in drug rehabilitation centers in Jilin Province,so as to provide data reference for effectively carrying out management education,drug treatment and formulating relevant policies.Method The questionnaire on the use of new synthetic drugs in compulsory isolation and rehabilitation centers adapted from the drug abuse monitoring questionnaire was used to anonymously investigate and statistically analyze the new synthetic drug abusers admitted to 11 compulsory isolation and rehabilitation centers in Jilin Province within one year.Results The survey results of 2094 drug abusers showed that drug abusers were mainly young and middle-aged,male,with education below junior middle school and unemployed.The abuse of methamphetamine/methamphetamine accounted for the highest proportion,and the access was more hidden.The"relapse"of drug abusers was more serious,and the main way of drug abuse was smoking,Female users of new synthetic drugs tend to be younger.Psychological factors and social environmental factors are the main reasons for the abuse of new synthetic drugs.Conclusion We should strengthen the inspection and management of special places and regions,including entertainment places,hotels,temporary residence of floating population,rental housing and urban-rural fringe,and further strengthen the publicity and education of drug prevention in the whole society.We should actively carry out the health professional construction of drug treatment places,improve the medical security system in the prison area,carry out various forms of ideological education activities and psychological counseling,and minimize the hidden dangers of social security by improving daily medical care,education and drug control scientific research.
