摘　　要：国家治理体系与治理能力现代化是我国全面深化改革的总目标和总任务。国家治理现代化背景下提升公务员的能力既是治理能力现代化的内在需求,又是推动国家治理现代化的重要基础。优化能力评价体系是建设高素质公务员队伍的重要任务。面对当前我国公务员能力评价体系存在的诸多问题,亟需通过优化能力评价指标体系、突出评价内容的政治标准、引入多元化的评价方式方法、完善能力考核机制、健全专家培训制度等有效措施,优化公务员能力评价体系的发展路径。The modernization of national governance system and governance capacity is the general goal and task of China’s comprehensive deepening reform. Under the background of the modernization of national governance,improving the governance capacity of civil servants is not only the internal demand of the modernization of governance capacity,but also an important basis for promoting the modernization of national governance. Optimizing the ability evaluation system is an important task of building a high-quality civil service. In the face of many problems existing in the current ability evaluation system of civil servants in China,it is urgent to optimize the development path of the ability evaluation system of civil servants by optimizing the ability evaluation index system,highlighting the political standards of evaluation contents,introducing diversified evaluation methods,improving the ability evaluation mechanism,perfecting the expert training system and other effective measures.
