摘 要:目的探讨牙髓炎及根尖炎患者采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗的临床疗效。方法120例(120颗牙)牙髓炎及根尖炎患者,依据根管填充方法不同分为氢氧化钙糊剂组、氧化锌粘固粉组,各60例(60颗牙)。氢氧化钙糊剂组患者接受氢氧化钙糊剂根管填充治疗,氧化锌粘固粉组患者接受氧化锌碘仿丁香油粘固粉根管填充治疗。随访1个月,比较两组患者的疼痛程度、牙周指数[牙周袋探针深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)]、临床疗效。结果氢氧化钙糊剂组患者的疼痛程度优于氧化锌粘固粉组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的PD、BI、PLI、GI均低于本组治疗前,且氢氧化钙糊剂组患者的PD、BI、PLI、GI分别为(2.80±0.31)mm、(1.33±0.14)分、(1.28±0.15)分、(0.87±0.08)分,均低于氧化锌粘固粉组的(3.75±0.43)mm、(1.75±0.18)分、(1.95±0.20)分、(1.20±0.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氢氧化钙糊剂组患者的治疗总有效率96.7%高于氧化锌粘固粉组的83.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙髓炎及根尖炎患者采用氢氧化钙糊剂治疗的临床疗效较氧化锌碘仿丁香油粘固粉治疗显著。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of calcium hydroxide paste on pulpitis and periapical periodontitis. Methods A total of 120 patients(120 teeth) with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis were divided into calcium hydroxide paste group and zinc oxide cement group according to different root canal filling methods, with 60 cases(60 teeth) in each group. Patients in the calcium hydroxide paste group received calcium hydroxide paste for root canal filling therapy, and patients in the zinc oxide cement powder group received zinc oxide iodoform clove oil cement powder for root canal filling therapy. After 1-month follow-up, the pain level, periodontal indexes [probing depth(PD), bleeding index(BI), plaque index(PLI), gingival index(GI)] and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The pain degree in the calcium hydroxide paste group was better than that in the zinc oxide cement group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the PD, BI, PLI and GI of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the PD, BI, PLI, and GI of the calcium hydroxide paste group were(2.80±0.31) mm,(1.33±0.14) points,(1.28±0.15) points, and(0.87±0.08) points, which were lower than(3.75±0.43) mm,(1.75±0.18) points,(1.95±0.20) points, and(1.20±0.12) points of the zinc oxide cement powder group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate 96.7% in the calcium hydroxide paste group was higher than 83.3%in the zinc oxide cement group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of calcium hydroxide paste in the treatment of pulpitis and periapical periodontitis is more significant than that of zinc oxide iodoform clove oil cement powder.
