依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法82例急性脑梗死患者,依据抽签结果分为实验组和对照组,各41例。对照组患者采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,实验组患者采用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后神经功能。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.12%,显著高于对照组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后2周神经功能评分分别为(26.72±5.09)、(11.41±4.17)、(6.04±2.62)分;对照组治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后2周神经功能评分分别为(26.54±5.27)、(18.93±4.35)、(14.79±4.05)分。治疗后1、2周,两组神经功能评分均低于本组治疗前,且实验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者应用依达拉奉与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗可改善患者的神经功能且安全性高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with ozagrel sodium on acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into experimental group and control group according to the results of drawing lots, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with ozagrel sodium, and patients in the experimental group were treated with edaravone combined with ozagrel sodium. The therapeutic effects, occurrence of adverse reactions and neurological functions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than 73.17% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05). The neurological function scores of the experimental group were(26.72±5.09),(11.41±4.17), and(6.04±2.62) points before treatment, 1 week after treatment, and 2 weeks after treatment;the neurological function scores of the control group were(26.54±5.27),(18.93±4.35), and(14.79±4.05) points before treatment, 1 week after treatment, and 2 weeks after treatment.1 and 2 weeks after treatment, the neurological function scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of edaravone and ozagrel sodium in patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the neurological function of patients with high safety and is worthy of promotion.
