摘　　要：病毒性肝炎相关肝衰竭是肝细胞大量坏死,导致肝脏功能发生严重障碍的一种疾病,属中医“肝瘟”范畴。肝衰竭病情进展迅速,病死率极高,治疗颇为棘手。康良石教授是全国首批名老中医药专家,其创立康氏“疫郁理论”,指导临床治疗肝衰竭疗效明显。Liver failure is a disease that causes serious liver dysfunction caused by a large number of hepatocytes. It belongs to the category of "liver plague" in traditional Chinese medicine. The disease of liver failure is progressing rapidly, the case fatality rate is extremely high and the treatment is quite difficult. Professor Kang Liangshi is one of the first batch of old experts in traditional Chinese medicine in China. He founded the "Kang shi yiyu theory", which has a significant effect in guiding the clinical treatment of liver failure.
