槐杞黄颗粒治疗肝癌的疗效及对MMPs/TIMPs的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨槐杞黄颗粒治疗肝癌的临床疗效及对MMPs/TIMPs的影响。方法:回顾性分析90例肝癌患者的临床资料,将接受常规护肝治疗者分为肝癌组,接受低剂量槐杞黄颗粒治疗患者分为槐杞黄低剂量组,接受高剂量槐杞黄颗粒治疗患者分为槐杞黄高剂量组,每组30例。全自动生化仪检测研究对象的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)水平,ELISA法检测血清MMP-2、MMP-9及TIMP-2和TIMP-1含量,观察3组患者症状改善、生活质量(KPS)评分情况。结果:肝癌组、槐杞黄低剂量组、槐杞黄高剂量组ALT、AST、AFP水平逐渐下降(P<0.05)。肝癌组、槐杞黄低、槐杞黄高剂量组血清MMP-2、MMP-9逐渐降低(P<0.05),血清TIMP-2和TIMP-1含量逐渐升高(P<0.05),槐杞黄高剂量组临床症状改善率为80.0%,明显高于槐杞黄低剂量组和肝癌组(P<0.05)。槐杞黄高剂量组KPS评分较槐杞黄低剂量组和肝癌组升高(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒治疗肝癌能够有效改善肝功能,提高临床疗效,可能与降低MMPs及TIMPs水平相关。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of huaiqihuang granule and its effect on MMPs/TIMPs of liver cancer.Methods:Review the clinical data of 90 cases of liver cancer patients in our hospital, and set those who received conventional liver protection therapy as liver cancer group, and those who received low-dose locust berry yellow. A low-dose group of patients treated with pellets and a high-dose group of 30 patients each treated with locust berry yellow pellets. 15 healthy patients were selected as healthy control group. The levels of ALT,AST and AFP were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.The contents of MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-2 and TIMP-1 in serum of the subjects were detected by ELISA, and the symptom improvement and quality of life(KPS) score of each group were observed. Results:The levels of ALT, AST, and AFP gradually decreased in the liver cancer group, low-dose group, and high-dose group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Serum MMP-2 and MMP-9 gradually decreased in the hepatocellular carcinoma, low and high-dose groups(P<0.05), and serum TIMP-2 and TIMP-1 levels gradually increased(P<0.05). The improvement rate of clinical symptoms was 80.0% in the high-dose group, which was significantly higher than that in the low-dose group and the liver cancer group(P<0.05). The KPS score in the high-dose group was higher than in the low dose group and the liver cancer group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Huaiqihuang granules can effectively improve liver function and the clinical efficacy in the treatment of liver cancer, possibly by reducing the levels of MMPs and TIMPs, it is worthy of wide clinical application.
