摘 要:在宗地面积测绘中,建设用地四至边界由规划部门依据路网规划设计确定,而路网中一般存在大量的圆曲线段设计,圆曲线段无法进入土地登记权籍数据库,且与规划面积计算方式不同,会造成与规划面积的偏差。因此本文提出一种圆曲线改直线段的转换算法,控制面积误差并保证其土地面积精度,快速实现宗地面积计算,与规划面积保持一致的折线化处理方法,并选取实际工程案例验证方法的可行性。in the parcel area surveying and mapping,the four boundaries of construction land are determined by the planning department according to the road network planning and design.However,there are generally a large number of circular curve segments in the road network.The circular curve segments cannot enter the land registration right database,and different from the calculation method of planned area,it will cause deviation from the planned area.Therefore,this paper proposes a conversion algorithm of changing circular curve to straight line segment,controls the area error and ensures its land area accuracy,quickly realizes the parcel area calculation,and the broken line processing method consistent with the planned area,and selects a practical engineering case to verify the feasibility of the method.
