摘 要:通过比较江苏与加州高等教育发展关键指标,发现加州高等教育发展策略的特点是重视建立多元化的高等教育体系,明确高等教育卓越发展的战略目标,创新高等教育经费拨款制度和学生资助方式。江苏高等教育“一流多元”发展策略可有如下选择:明确“一流多元”发展的目标,建设一流的高等教育体系;探索更加多元化的招生方式、学习方式、人才培养模式;开拓高等教育经费新筹措渠道,构筑“一流多元”高等教育发展新格局。By comparing the key indicators of higher education development between Jiangsu and California,it is found that the characteristics of California's higher education development strategy are to attach great importance to the establishment of a diversified higher education system,clarify the strategic objectives for the excellent development of higher education,and innovate the higher education funding system and student funding methods.Based on this,we can select the choice of“first-class and diversified”development strategy for Jiangsu higher education as follows:define the development goal of“first-class and diversified”and build a first-class higher education system;explore more diversified ways of enrollment,learning and talent cultivating;open up new channels for raising funds for higher education and build a new pattern of“first-class and diversified”higher education development.
