摘 要:目的:考察高中生羞怯与考试焦虑之间的关系,以及正念和失败恐惧的中介作用。方法:使用Cheek&Buss羞怯量表、五因素正念度量表、失败表现评估量表和考试焦虑量表对1235名高中生进行调查。结果:高中生羞怯与考试焦虑显著正相关;高中生羞怯、考试焦虑均与失败恐惧显著正相关,与正念显著负相关;羞怯通过正念和失败恐惧的中介作用对高中生考试焦虑产生影响,中介路径包括三条:正念和失败恐惧分别单独的中介作用以及正念-失败恐惧的链式中介作用。结论:正念和失败恐惧在高中生羞怯与考试焦虑的关系中起多重中介作用。Objective:To investigate the relationship between shyness and test anxiety in high school students,and the mediating effects of mindfulness and fear of failure.Methods:1235 high school students were investigated with Cheek &Buss Shyness Scale,Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire,Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory and Test Anxiety Scale.Results:There was a significant positive correlation between high school students’ shyness and test anxiety;high school students’ shyness and test anxiety had a significant positive correlation with the fear of failure,and a significant negative correlation with mindfulness;shyness affected high school students’ test anxiety through the mediating effects of mindfulness and fear of failure.There are three intermediary paths:the separate mediating effects of mindfulness and fear of failure,and the chain mediating effect of mindfulness--fear of failure.Conclusion:Mindfulness and fear of failure play multiple mediating effects in the relationship between shyness and test anxiety in high school students.
