摘 要:目的观察噪声对雄性大鼠大脑、下丘脑、心脏、肝脏、胃、肠、肾脏及脾脏的形态学影响。方法将30只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为对照组(Ctr组)、低噪声组(LN组)与高噪声组(HN组),每组10只,LN组、HN组大鼠分别于95、105 dB SPL暴露4 h·d^(-1),连续30 d,取3组大鼠的大脑、下丘脑、心脏、肝脏、胃、肠、肾脏、脾脏组织进行病理组织切片及苏木精-伊红(HE)染色,镜下观察各器官有无病理改变。结果噪声暴露30 d后,与Ctr组比较,噪声暴露组大脑、下丘脑组织无明显病理改变,垂体间质血管扩张、充血;胃黏膜增厚,胃黏膜浅层组织脱落、缺损,大肠黏膜坏死、缺损,腺体萎缩、减少,坏死处可见炎症细胞;肝脏组织中央静脉、肝血窦扩张、淤血,肝细胞点状、片状坏死,伴有炎症细胞浸润;肾脏部分肾小球结构损坏,球内毛细血管扩张、充血,肾小囊腔狭窄甚至消失,部分肾小管上皮细胞肿胀、坏死,管腔狭窄甚至消失;心脏心肌间质血管扩张淤血,未见心肌细胞变性和坏死;脾脏结构尚完整,脾血窦高度扩张、充血,白髓淋巴组织增生活跃,部分脾小动脉玻璃样变,血管腔狭窄甚至消失。结论95、105 dB SPL噪声能引起雄性大鼠大脑、下丘脑、心脏、肝脏、胃、肠、肾脏及脾脏组织不同程度的病理损伤。Objective To observe the morphological effects of noise on the brain,hypothalamus,heart,liver,stomach,intestine,kidney and spleen of male rats.Methods 30 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into control group(Ctr group),low noise exposure group(LN group)and high noise exposure group(HN group),10 rats in each group.Rats in LN group and HN group were exposed to 95 and 105 dB SPL for 4 hours per day for 30 consecutive days,respectively.The brain,hypothalamus,heart,liver,stomach,intestine,kidney and spleen of the three groups of rats were taken for histopathological sections,hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining,and the pathological changes of each organ were observed under microscope.Results After 30 days of noise exposure,compared with the Ctr group,the noise group(LN+HN)had the following characteristics:No obvious pathological changes in the brain and hypothalamus,but the pituitary interstitial blood vessels were dilated and congested;Thickening of the gastric mucosa,shedding and defects of the superficial gastric mucosa,necrosis and defects of the large intestinal mucosa,atrophy and reduction of glands,and inflammatory cells in the necrotic tissue were observed;Dilation and congestion of central veins and hepatic sinusoids in liver tissue,punctate and sheet necrosis of liver cells,and infiltration of inflammatory cells can be seen;It was observed that some glomerular structures were damaged,the capillaries in the glomerulus were dilated and congested,the renal capsule cavity was narrowed or even disappeared,and some renal tubular epithelial cells were swollen and necrotic,and the lumen narrowed or even disappeared;Myocardial interstitial vasodilation and congestion were observed,and no myocardial cell degeneration and necrosis were observed;It was seen that the structure of the spleen was still intact,the spleen blood sinus was highly dilated and congested,the lymphoid tissue in the white pulp was actively proliferated,some splenic arterioles were hyalinized,and the vascular lumen was narrowed or even disappeared.Conc
