八珍汤、清胃散联合甲硝唑治疗牙周炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察八珍汤、清胃散联合甲硝唑治疗牙周炎的临床疗效及对龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将80例牙周炎患者分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组使用甲硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用八珍汤与清胃散治疗。比较2组治疗前后牙周相关指标水平,并评价2组临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组SBI、GI、PD、PLI水平均较治疗前降低,观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:八珍汤、清胃散联合甲硝唑治疗牙周炎疗效确切,可抑制口腔牙菌斑生长,安全性较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Bazhen tang and Qingwei powder combined with metronidazole on periodontitis and its effects on Sulcus Bleeding Index(SBI),Gingival Index(GI),Probing Depth(PD)and Plaque Index(PLI).Methods:A total of 80 patients with periodontitis were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bazhen tang and Qingwei powder.The levels of periodontal related indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and clinical effects and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SBI,GI,PD and PLI in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Bazhen tang and Qingwei powder combined with metronidazole has a definite therapeutic effect on the treatment of periodontitis,which can inhibit the growth of dental plaque with great safety.
