温阳化瘀汤联合醒脑开窍针刺疗法对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究醒脑开窍针刺疗法联合温阳化瘀汤对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能的影响。方法选取该院2020年1—12月收治的176例脑梗死恢复期患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组88例。两组均采取康复训练干预,对照组加用温阳化瘀汤治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合醒脑开窍针刺疗法治疗。比较两组患者的神经功能改善效果。结果研究组总有效率93.18%明显高于对照组的86.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血清神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、神经元核心抗原(neuronal nuclear antigen,NeuN)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)水平及中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(China stroke scale,CSS)评分均较对照组更低,生活质量评分、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)得分均较对照组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针刺疗法联合温阳化瘀汤治疗对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能的改善作用显著,能够有效恢复其生活能力,显著改善患者远期预后,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy combined with Wenyang Huayu Decoction on the neurological fanction of patients with cerebral infarction in recovery period.Methods A selection of 176 patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were divided into a study group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 88 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with rehabilitation training.The control group was treated with Wenyang Huayu Decoction,and the study group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The neurological improvement effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 86.36%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum nerve growth factor(NGF),neuronal nuclear antigen(NeuN),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and the China stroke scale(CSS)score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the quality of life score and Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score were higher than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy combined with Wenyang Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction in recovery stage,effectively restore their life ability,and significantly improve the long-term prognosis of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
