摘 要:以计算机显示器胶框多种流动方案为例,通过应用Moldflow软件对该超薄件的3种成型方案进行模流分析,经对比分析塑件成型的填充时间、锁模力、流动前沿温度、熔接痕、体积收缩率、气穴、整体变形等,选择了一种最优的成型方案进行开发设计,充分展现了Moldflow技术在该超薄件模流分析与新模具开发过程中的突出作用。通过对比分析得到的最优方案3不仅填充较为均匀,而且,产品填充时间为1.368 s,填充时间最短,V/p切换点压力为49.47 MPa,切换压力较小,其整体变形为3.588 mm,整体变形较小,其锁模力为47 t,锁模力最小,以实际分析结果数值确定了注塑方案。Taking the analysis of various flow schemes of the plastic frame of computer display as an example,the function of Moldflow was briefly introduced.Through the application of Moldflow software,the mold flow of the three forming schemes of the ultra-thin part was analyzed.Through the comparative analysis of the filling time,clamping force,flow front temperature,weld mark,volume shrinkage,cavitation and overall deformation of the plastic part,a reasonable forming method was finally selected,The new mold development and design fully showed the outstanding role of moldflow technology in the process of mold flow analysis and new mold development of the ultra-thin part,saved the cost of mold testing and mold development,and improveed the market competitiveness of the product.The optimal scheme 3 obtained through comparative analysis not only filled evenly,but also filled the product very smoothly.The filling time was 1.368 s,the filling time was the shortest,the V/p switching point pressure was 49.47 MPa,the switching pressure was the lowest,the overall deformation was 3.588 mm,the overall deformation was the smallest,the clamping force was 47 t,and the clamping force was the smallest.The injection molding scheme was determined according to the actual analysis results.
