摘　　要：促进文化服务企业经济效益与社会效益共同提升是文化服务企业高质量发展的内在要求。质量变革能力、效率变革能力和动力变革能力作为高质量发展的助推器,为经济效益与社会效益共同提升提供了方向。本文利用2013—2019年文化服务企业上市公司数据,分析三大变革能力能否同时提升企业经济效益与社会效益,探讨其对经济效益与社会效益的影响机制,并分析环境因素在影响过程中的作用。本文发现,三大变革能力有利于文化企业经济效益与社会效益双提升,其关键在于三大变革能力促进企业全要素生产率提高。此外,三大变革能力对文化企业经济效益与社会效益影响效果还会受到环境因素的影响。Promoting the common improvement of economic and social benefits of cultural service enterprises is an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of cultural service enterprises.Quality transformation capability,efficiency transformation capability and dynamic transformation capability,as the booster of high-quality development,provide a direction for the joint improvement of economic and social benefits.This article uses the data of the bosses of cultural service enterprises from 2013 to 2019 to analyze whether the three-dimension transformation capabilities can simultaneously improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises,explore their impact mechanism on economic and social benefits,and analyze the role of environmental factors in the impact process.This article finds that the three-dimension transformation capabilities are conducive to the improvement of both economic and social benefits of cultural enterprises,and the key is that the three-dimension transformation capabilities promote the improvement of the total factor productivity of enterprises.In addition,the impact of the three-dimension transformation capabilities on the economic and social benefits of cultural enterprises will also be affected by environmental factors.
