摘 要:为探究多绳摩擦式提升机张力监测系统中视频信号的提取和利用,根据煤矿现场情况设计多绳摩擦式提升机张力在线监测系统的图像处理功能,根据弦绳和垂绳2部分进行设计,建立弦绳振动模型,将模型输入至系统中,模块匹配利用模型对图像进行筛选和处理。在提出图像信息的过程中,伴有噪声的影响,对信息提取具有干扰性。通过图像滤波法进行降噪,提高了多绳摩擦式提升机张力监测系统图像获取的准确性,降低了提升机生产中的安全隐患。研究对矿山提升系统安全可靠运行具有重要意义。In order to explore the extraction and utilization of video signals in the multi-rope friction hoist tension monitoring system,the image processing function of the multi-rope friction hoist tension on-line monitoring system was designed according to the coal mine site conditions.The string vibration model was established,the model was input into the system,and the image was screened and processed using the model for module matching.In the process of extracting image information,it was accompanied by the influence of noise,which was disturbing to information extraction.Noise reduction through the image filtering method improved the image acquisition accuracy of the multi-rope friction hoist tension monitoring system,and reduced the potential safety hazards in the hoist production.The research was of great significance to the safe and reliable operation of the mine hoisting system.
