摘　　要：当归为甘肃的大宗药材,主要含有苯酞类、单萜和倍半萜类、芳香类化合物、脂肪烃及其衍生物、多糖、有机酸及其他类化学成分。其药理研究主要集中在抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、增强心脑血管、糖尿病防治、保肝及其他方面。通过文献检索,梳理和总结了近几年国内外当归化学成分及其药理作用研究,从传统功效、药性、不同加工、化学成分可测等多方面进行预测分析当归质量标志物,以期为当归质量评价体系的建立及开发利用提供参考。Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)is a major medicinal material in Gansu Province and mainly contains phenylphthalides,monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes,aromatic compounds,aliphatic hydrocarbons and their derivatives,polysaccharides,organic acids and other chemical constituents.Its pharmacological research mainly focuses on anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-depression,enhancing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular,diabetes prevention and treatment,liver protection and other aspects.Through the literature search,this paper reviewed and summarized the studies on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)at home and abroad in recent years,and predicted and analyzed the quality markers of Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)from the aspects of traditional efficacy,medicinal properties,different processing and chemical constituents,so as to provide the reference for the establishment,development and utilization of the quality evaluation system of Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis).
