摘 要:番茄红素(Lycopene)是一种广泛存在于果蔬中的具有多种生物学活性的类胡萝卜素,在疾病治疗和预防中起着重要作用,在医药和食品等行业领域应用广泛。近年来,研究表明番茄红素的摄入能够降低癌变风险。文章主要就番茄红素对几类常见癌症的功效及其生物学机制的研究进展和应用现状进行了综述,以期为番茄红素在抗癌方面的应用和深入研究提供理论依据。Lycopene is a kind of carotenoids,which widely exists in fruits and vegetables.It has a great demand in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical food applications,and plays a crucial role in diseases prevention and treatments,owing to its a variety of biological benefits.The research from recent papers found that the consumption or intake of Lycopene is beneficial for reducing carcinogenic process.The aim of this review summarized the evidence of the effects of Lycopene on different types of comman cancers and its anticancer biological mechanisms,is to provide the oretical foundation and innovation basis of application and futher research of Lycopene in anticancer.
