血必净注射液联合生长抑素治疗重症胰腺炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究血必净注射液与生长抑素联合治疗重症胰腺炎的效果。方法选择医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的98例重症胰腺炎患者分为两组,每组49例。对照组在基本治疗的基础上采用生长抑素,试验组在基本治疗的基础上采用血必净注射液和生长抑素联合治疗。对治疗前后两组的胃肠动力恢复情况、胰腺水肿改善效果,以及ICU住院时间、治疗效果和血淀粉酶水平等相关数据进行比较分析。结果试验组的胃肠功力恢复情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05);试验组胰腺水肿改善效果高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组ICU住院时间短于对照组,试验组患者治疗后血淀粉酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在基础治疗的前提下,采用血必净注射液与生长抑素联合治疗重症胰腺炎的效果由于单纯生长抑素,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Xuebijing Injection(血必净注射液)combined with somatostatin in the treatment of severe pancreatitis.Methods A total of 98 patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given somatostatin on the basis of basic treatment,and the experimental group was given Xuebijing Injection combined with somatostatin on the basis of basic treatment.The gastrointestinal motility recovery,improvement effect of pancreatic edema,ICU stay,treatment effect and blood amylase level were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Results The recovery of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement effect of pancreatic edema in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ICU stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the blood amylase level of the patients in the experimental group after treatmentwas lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the premise of basic treatment,the effect of Xuebijing Injection combined with somatostatin in the treatment of severe pancreatitis better than that of somatostatin alone and it is worthy of promotion.
