摘 要:以某年产5万t轻烧MgO气流床式煅烧炉的卧式燃烧室为研究对象,探究燃烧室结构参数和操作参数对燃烧室热工特性的影响。研究表明:影响燃烧室热工特性的主要因素是冷却风入口位置、燃烧室长度和烟气掺混比。其中,冷却风从根部同向进风的燃烧室出口温度满足年产5万t闪速炉的生产要求且NO_(x)排放量较低;在生产可调范围内,燃烧室长度或烟气掺混比的增加将使燃烧室出口烟气温度和NO_(x)排放量降低。在根部同相进风条件下,适宜的结构参数和操作参数为:燃烧室长度7 510 mm,烟气掺混比10%,此时,燃烧室容积热负荷为235.85 kW/m^(3)。Horizontal combustion chamber with an annual production capacity of 50 000 t light-fired MgO air-bed calciner was used as the research object to investigate the influence of structural parameters and operating parameters on the thermal characteristics of the combustion chamber.The study shows that the main factors affecting the thermal characteristics of the combustion chamber are the position of the cooling air inlet,the length of the combustion chamber and the mixing ratio of the flue gas.Among them,the exit temperature of the combustion chamber with cooling air entering from the root in the same direction can meet the production requirements of 50 000 t per year flash furnace and the NO_(x)emission is lower;in the production adjustable range,the increase of combustion chamber length or the mixing ratio of flue gas will reduce the exit flue gas temperature and NO_(x)emission of the combustion chamber.Under the condition of in-phase air inlet at the root,the appropriate structural and operational parameters are as follows:the length of combustion chamber is 7 510 mm,and the mixing ratio of flue gas is 10%.At this time,the volume heat load of the combustion chamber is 235.85 kW/m^(3).
